Tartan is returning into the field. What I like about tartan is that it can be appropriated as the neo-grunge/punk thing to wear, of the upper-lady manner. Either way, there are some gorgeous items on the highstreet, but also consider Highland shops (online also) for a better choice and perhaps a more genuine feel towards it.

I have been majorly into dresses this week & in honour of the Jubilee I picked out an outfit that is 100% British. Sorry that my autocam went a bit irregular, because of the rain and the hurry I was in. I'm not wearing my photo-makeup, which makes my typically Dutch 'blotebillengezicht' (not translating that one ) but -with really light eyebrows- quite obvious.

The AllSaint's dress reminds me of Vivienne Westwood and I cannot think of any designer more British than Dame Vivienne.

She makes my funky outfitted spread look like your-boring-daily thing. Or makes me look ridiculously young (I'm younger than Kate Moss  & slightly older than Giselle).
