#blackfridaydeals

It might be my newer hair but I'm feeling quite Zoe Deschanel cutesy lately, so here are some quirky for this cyberweekend:
  • BAG: After Thanksgiving it might be fun to wear your heart on your sleeve, or your arm with this Moschino. Get 20% discount with MORE20 on Yoox.
  • TIGHTS: Get fancy legs as the likes of Esmeralda Seay and buy these Galstern tights: the discount is already included.
  • PAMPERING: You probably took notice of ASOS sale but this sleepmask/makeup set is too cute to pass up. Code CYBERWKND20 for 20% off.
  • EARPIN: Get a bit of an edge in soft rosegold with this earpin from avenue32: 30% off with CYBERTREAT2014
  • CUTE SHOES: Glasses have never been so cute on these Loly in the Sky shoes. Most styles are 50% off.
  • SWEATER: Combine Cashmere & Equipment and you have a staple that will last many comfortable years. I like this floral number.  Shipping is a bit steep but the discount will be 25% with code THANKS.
  • EARRINGS: Vivienne Westwood mixes dainty and edgy with these hearshaped earrings. Get them on Selfridges.com with 20% discount with SELF14.
  • PHONE: Get retro with a vintage yellow telephone: Liberty.co.uk has various discounts online. Also, get £30 off when spending £150 or more with 30WINTER

Black...Friday...Deal-a-rama

With all these black friday superdeals going on, I took preventions by burying my creditcard in the ground, only to return with dirty hands from digging it up for deals I couldn't miss ;)

I found this to be a superdeal, basically as I featured it on my last fashionset (here). And plainly because my size has been sold out (DARN) and I don't have to compete with other fashion-a-holics anymore.

Get them over here (Charlotte Olympia and other lust-labels are on sale too)

B(l)agging...

Everybody who guesses what I bought when I posted about the L'inde sale  can win the content of this bag:

Ok, not really...but do you have any idea what I bought from the items I favoured (here)?

The Sale Whisperer (whispers Givenchy)

I have absolutely no experience with this store but BagFetish site PurseForum seem to know them and find them dependable: Lindenstore (Italy) is having a presale of 30% off their collection with code presale30

Willpower Willpower....

Some alluring picks:
Obsedia Key Ring (normally € 83,49)
The Iconic Obsedia Logo for setting babysteps into the Givenchy brand...

Givenchy Pandora Document Holder (AD=After Discount €129. 60)
The posh way to save your grocery store coupons and receipts...

Givenchy IPad Holder
My quirky Hula Doll post already said something using laptop/ipad holders as clutches. And this is a more high-end version than that cheapy Topshop floral thing I have. Basically, you could tote around a leather Givenchy 'clutch' for about € 140 after discount.

Givenchy Flower printed tee (AD €268)
That t-shirt looks boxy enough for men to wear it as well.

Obsedia Leather bracelet (also in other colours)
So gorgeous, and a tougher variety on the sophisticated Hermes leather-wrap bracelets.

And now it's gets to my high-fetish territory: Bags
Antigona Canvas Tote
Digital print and totally on trend SS 2012.

Leather Antigona Shopper (BD € 767.14/AD €537 )
In classic hues...

Small Antigona in cream
Total baggasm & my wishlist since December 2011. I tried it on it in London over here..

Large Nightingale

THE Classic: also slightly slouchy for that tomboy allure...

They have other brands too, like Haider Ackermann and Guiseppe Zanotti, but the Givenchy's had the highest appeal on me.

I feel slightly guilty by enabling and announcing this sale but I'd probably  feel like a fraud not announcing this sale to the fashionable ones that sometimes stumble upon my blog either.

The 2007 Crush!

I don't think I stood a chance when I spotted you again after 5 years...

At the time being you were too expensive, so I settled with a beautiful pair that reminded me of you...

And after all those years, there you were...

All there in it's creamy goodness, embedded with a sophisticated creamy complexion.

I know you are not one for a quick season of fun, as you already stood the test of 5 years...

And now you are finally mine: in all it's Chloë goodness...

Basically I am a bit of a spoiled brat when it comes to fashion these days, but finding a wishlist item from 5 years earlier was something too good to be true and made me completely giddy. I never expected to find them in any collection in a new state and there they were (here)!

I was able to spot them by reading stylemaven Karen from Wheredidyougetthat who has a more strappier Chloë. I always had a thing for the buckle so this version is creamy goodness.

I actually planned to put up this post tomorrow (because I posted plenty already today ;), but yoox.com is having an extra discount of 10% going on now until tomorrow CET  will probably get some discount soon, and otherwise there on the cheaper side of the pri$y but covetable Designer-brands-spectrum anyway.

So perhaps if you have a crush from an earlier season as well (not specifically Chloe but eg. Givenchy) you could browse a bit and see if you're still compatible...

1950s Housewife ft. the Carven Top

Top: Carven, Skirt: Zara, Shoes: Topshop, Bracelet: belt by Primark; Cos & House of Harlow. Leather Cuff (alos in 1st pic: Marni), Sunglasses: Spitfire Weekend , Bag: vintage
Same as before
I wanted to take my new Carven top to the max by combining it with almost every SS12 trend there is, resulting to a slightly caricature image of the 1950s housewife.

I found it fitting to leave the curlers in for the idea of the housewife in her holiday cabin getting ready to socialize. To upp the 50s kitch factor I picked plastic Ikea cups in a bright colour for the Tupperware factor.

Sharp eyes will see I am missing one shoe, ;D, resulting into a weird cinderella-effect. Well, if my character 'the 50s housewife' has been on her cocktails, she must be slightly drunk, hence missing her shoe. In real life I have a pair: who needs a prince to bring back her shoes anyway?

Oh, I bought this skirt this winter and I was totally worried I wouldn't fit it anymore: I gained some weight because I had been on the verge of depression. Good thing the skirt still fits!

(PS: no real alcohol was used during this shoot: only a virgin mango/orange blend for vitamine C)

PS 2: I'm on a sale-announcing roll. If you like to try the Carven brand (or another fave of mine, Vanesso Bruno) you could head to mywardrobe.com as they have a secret-insiders sale going on right now of 40% all this season with MYSALEPREVIEW122  which makes this top below just €51.57 instead of the normal €130:
