I seem to wear a lot of leather and some faux-leathers during winter, not just this one. Only I tend not to go for the on-trend gothic-or-dominatrix black but with the more Bohemian browns. Or, they are not really Bohemian but that's how I wear them. Perhaps a good suede coat has that Bohemian vibe going on, kinda 1970s Mick Jagger's girlfriends. There were those glamour pusses such as Bianca Jagger & Jerry Hall (also Carla Bruni did some nookie with him according rumours before Sarkosy-ing up). However, I love Marianne Faithful looks...

Pepe Jeans (the coat I'm wearing) actually has Edie Campbell as their recent face who really has this Faithfull idea going on.

Something cool about having a fringe/bangs as well: I wish I had a longer forehead for those.

And sorry about my poopy quality of photos: I have this ongoing disfunctional email relation with the Canon Helpservice with the sole-and-only purpose getting it fixed or a new one. It has already been send back to me with the same defect as before, only 2 MONTHS later! I think I will try to buy a non-Canon camera soon, so I'd love to here what kind of cameras everyone uses and why it works for them!

The idea of saint & sinner has been frequently portrayed in literature, art, music, and fashion often plays with these notions too. I thought Amsterdam was the perfect city for portraying the contrast between the mostly nice girl part of my outfit, and thát accessory that gives it...an edge! Some people in Amsterdam still gave me stares while I was whipping around in front of the cam, so it's not that we (Dutch) are used to everything ;-)

Here here... Kitty heels

It has been a lóóóóóng time since I last came across of a pair of kitten heels in the stores. I knew it has been anounced as 'the new shoe' (not so new) for about a year ago, but no highstreet seller had them made yet: the fetishness of higher heels were still too strong to go dainty with a feline strut on the Kittens.

So I purred of delight when I saw these at fashion-candyshop Zara! Having

• ponyhair
• pointy noses
• Dutch-cobblestone proof (sort of metal) heels
• KITTEN shape
• lushious Leopard print
• Under €50

Ok, the straps & back of the shoe aren't really suede but that totally weights up to its merits.

Next thing I'm eyeing up from Zara is something I'd absolutely do not need and has no purpose in daily life: a Flapper dress in mint (here).
